Terms of Service
I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
Prices are listed in USD$, but I'll also accept GBP£ or EUR€. Email me for currency conversion enquiries.
For OCs I require either an image reference, or a detailed + comprehensive written reference (preferably with photos). I'll happily design a character for you, but there will be an additional $10-20 design fee on top of the cost of the art.
Payment is through PayPal invoices only. These can be paid either with a PayPal account, or with a credit/debit card.
50% payment is required upfront once a sketch has been finalised. Upon receipt of the invoice, payment must be sent within 72 hours, or the commissioner forfeits their slot. The remainder of the payment is due upon delivery of the finished piece.
I will perform one minor revision for free. Multiple/major revisions will incur a small additional charge.
Delivery will typically be within a fortnight to a month. Very large pieces may take longer; in such cases, I'll provide regular updates (every two weeks at minimum).
Finished commissions will be provided as hi-res, unwatermarked .PNGs. I reserve the right to upload smaller, watermarked versions of any commissions to my online galleries. The commissioner is also free to edit and reupload their commission, as long as appropriate credit (such as a link back to this carrd) is given.
Commissions are for personal use, and may not be used commercially. Noncommercial use and reupload (such as on a personal site banner, or a non-monetized YouTube video) is permitted with credit. If you'd be interested in a commercial license for a commission, please email me!
